Bad service. Seemed like the lady didn't even know what she was doing. Did not feel welcome.

Convenient
I rent from Lock and Leave service years ago and when I found that I needed a place again I returned here. I love the convenient access and location. The manager is new seemed nice.

Fantastic
This storage is fantastic. The staff is super friendly and helpful. I felt my items were in the best of hands. I recently moved out but will refer to friends. I also loved that I made my reservations online.

Great Place
My wife and I just recently moved out of the facility but we were very happy with the place. We liked the fact that it was always clean, and the service was great. Paula was always very helpful and in a great mood. We loved just to go in and visit with her. If we have to store again we will be using Lock and Leave again.

Weekends
I wish they would find someone who knew what they were doing for the weekends. Since John left the weekend people have been awful. And how many months do you have to work there before you stop using the accuse "I am new".

couldn't get in
We rented a unit and were given a code for 24hr entry. Code didn't work. Not happy. Hubby was mad!

Appreciate the service
I have to say that I appreciated the service that Paula gave to me when I downsized to another unit. 1. she found one close to the one I already had to make the move easier. 2. she gave me a few days to move to the new unit without any extra charge and 3. she loaned me a lock so I didn't have to purchase one for just two day. Thank you

Happy Camper
I like the location, that we have 24 hours a day 7 days a week access, it is well maintained, staff is polite, I love the online payment, and I appreciate the telephone call reminders. Keep up the good work.

I like the great service
I really like the place. I have never had a bad experience with the manager. She as well as all the staff has been friendly and very helpful. They all keep the place clean and well cared for.

I also read the previous comments and actually agree with some of them. The manager does come across rude at times. The facility is pretty clean. If the managers attitude was more pleasant I think they would get more business.
