Just, WOW!
I love Sonja! By my second visit, she already knew my name! She is all about outstanding customer service in that way; she is very nice and makes herself available to help you with whatever you may need to make your moving experience easier. Her entire staff seems to have the same demeanor, too. I just find myself in a better mood after a visit at her store. I am always happy to work with Sonja!

Outstanding Service!
I visited Security Self Storage-NCSU Raleigh on a hot Saturday afternoon to purchase boxes and packing materials. Sonia was on duty and provided enthusiastic service. She went the extra mile to make several phone calls to help me find a particular type of box that she did not have in stock at another U-Haul location. Many thanks!!
