I was impressed with the facility. Personnel are very friendly. My only complaint (or concern) is that there is not covered storage for rv's.

We are currently renting a 10x30 storage space and an rv space from this facility. Managers are very customer service friendly. They went out of their way to make me feel welcome and that I was number one. Would recomend renting from this facility to everyone. Great people and a place to store my items.

budget sucks
I rented 2 10x10 units for a year and a half thinking my things were safe. Come the day to move EVERYONE OF MY BOXES were covered with dirt not just outside but inside. I opened boxes only to see mice had chewed up on my boxes and some merchandise. The kicker is opening up one box full of pictures only to find the pictures missing. The frames were all in tacked. I thought it was mice but there is no indication mice did this. The pictures had to be pulled out. It was about 8 frames with no pictures. I am so disgusted with this company. They make alot of money and they could not spray for mice. And OH! muddobers nests throughout the boxes. I have rented many a storage unit in my time and NEVER were my items covered in dirt inside and out, muddobers nests, and mice. This is what my money paid for. I will never recommend Budget to anyone. I have always heard the rumors about their unmaintaince trucks but this takes the cake Elizabeth Achtschin

Renting Budget Truck
I would recommend not renting a Budget truck from these people. I have never in my life been spoken to so rudely too. Plus they gave us a defective truck with brake problems. Go somewhere else to rent.

Fantastic prices and great customer service
I needed storage and I was new to the area. I drove up highway 69 and this is the first storage facility into the city of Prescott Valley. Boy am I glad I stopped by here first. Nothing but great managers and prices. Would recommend to anyone. Best deal I ever made.
