Customer service reps were extremely nice and helpful. The facility is clean and seems to be secure, although I am unsure about how security works after office hours. Since we didn't store anything very expensive, I'm not worried. The only negative comment I have is the mandatory inclusion of $8 a month in insurance when I have my own off premises home insurance that covers my items, so I would prefer not to pay for coverage that I do not need.

Friendly, helpful staff and a well-lit facility. Good prices to start with and then they add discounts!

Great Storage for College Student
Staff is great. The only negative is that if you have an upper storage unit, there was no ladder to help you place stuff in the storage. Otherwise, thought the location and the layout of the storage facility was great. Unit is perfect for a college student. Would definitely recommend this place for a college student.

Great place for the money
Hampshire self-storage is inside, has temperature controlled rooms, dollies to help load stuff to your unit, and a friendly staff. The only downside is that it is not open 24/7.
