I had the best move-in experience at Broadway Storage a couple weeks ago. Tim, the manager, was kind, available, and helpful every step of the way, from reserving the right unit to helping me move into it. He helped me and my sis lift heavy stuff, organize the space, was always positive and encouraging, and never lost his good humor. Was an amazingly positive experience. Fun even. Never thought I'd say that about moving!! Unit prices are also good too. They're very clean and very secure. YES, I would recommend Broadway Storage to anyone needing to store their treasured items. I say, do it!

Tim the Manager is AMAZING!!

All I can say is WOW!! Tim the manager helped us pick the right size unit for our belongings after I had reserved a much larger unit. He helped us coordinate with a fantastic moving company and even helped us get some of our larger heavier items into our unit that were too heavy even for the movers. What a stud!! I highly recommend Broadway Storage to anyone who needs Storage in the Portland area.

Secure storage with easy loading, close in access, Portland.

We have had great, dependable, friendly, professional service from Tim at Broadway Storage. He met with us several times to view the options, and understand the access. We needed a short term rental, but with knowledge that we would have reserved space on future dates, to arrange other portions of our needs. Tim could not have been nicer & more accommodating. We liked that it was secure at all times, dry and clean, and easy access with help from Ace Hardware next door.

Superb experience

We arrived at the facility after 15 hrs of driving and Tim was nothing short of a hero to us. He helped us select a more appropriately sized unit (the 7x10 was plenty for my partner and me. The 11x12 I had originally reserved was way bigger than we needed) saving us a significant amount of money, walked us through all the procedures and paperwork (which were very straightforward but after so long in the car with so little sleep, we needed our hands held and Tim was there to happily assist) he helped us schlep boxes, and offered us advice about our new city. Truly a great help. The business is clean, accessible, and friendly.
