Good price, Good Facility
The place is clean, spacious and really well located, just off the highway. The agent was helpful and ready to move forward with the rental. The only frustration was the rental website failed to communicate that you are forced to pay for insurance. It would seem obvious to me that a business has it's own insurance to cover their clients at least to a basic minimum. Anyway it came across as a hidden monthly fee, I wasn't happy about that. There is also the clause that they can raise the price any time they want giving you just 14 days notice, seems pretty ridiculous to agree that they can change the agreement whenever they want.
Overall I am happy with the decision I made to rent that unit, priced well, good location, very clean and organized space. I'd do it again.

Allen the manager was super friendly. Very reasonable.
Everyone from the begging to now has been friendly and very pheasant to work with. They respond quickly. Very clean and I feel safe that my personal belongings are safe and secured.
