Flood Express
I specifically asked if the storage units ever were subject to flooding, including Hurricane Ivan. I was told "no". Off to London, get a call my unit is flooded and can I come down with a key to check it out. Sure! I'll fly right home! Two months later...$1700 in mattresses moldy. New sofa, moldy. Unit was difficult to enter and work in due to mold and mildew even to remove items in storage. No accountability on part of management. Don't go for the "freebies". You will pay in the end!

I can assure you that we have taken your comments under close advisement in order to help improve overall customer experience. Also, since this event, we've had our property closely evaluated in regards to flood dangers and have since built a large retaining wall in order to help prevent negative effects caused by possible future acts of mother nature.
