Customer service was awesome,the price is right and it is clean.
Customer service and the managers were very helpful in helping me find a storage unit that was the exact right size for me.They were very pleasant and respectful when assisting me in filling out the application. After purchasing the unit I was very pleased with the size of the unit and the cleanliness of the entire facility. I feel my belongings are safe and very secure. I would highly recommend this company to anyone seeking a storage space!

Super friendly and professional
They let me rent the moving truck for free which is a huge plus I decided to move-in. They have enough carts and let me use multiple carts at a time to ease my huge move-in. The staff helped me to place large furnitures into my storage, literally pulling carts (I had 6 carts) and placing it into the unit optimally.

Conveniently located, secure secure place for college summer storage
Very convenient location, right by whole foods (so you can pick up groceries when you go to drop of your stuff!) Located close to CMU's campus, so it's a good place to store your college stuff for the summer. Very friendly and helpful staff - someone is always at the front desk and it's never busy. Staff gives you discounts which is great.

The manager was very nice and allowed me to keep my things on the loading dock overnight because I was not able to finish loading into my unit before closing. AC in the office is nice, and the units themselves look very safe & I was able to get a unit that could fit all of my possessions. Fairly convenient to get in & out with the dolleys.

Cheap and convenient storage
I go to school at Pitt and needed a place to store my things for the summer when I went home. I was looking for somewhere relatively inexpensive and found out about Guardian storage and it was perfect. It was cheap, close by, and the people working there were very friendly and quick to help. The only thing was because the printer and stuff was so old it took a while to check in

First experience with storage company and it was seamless, very easy and I felt very comfortable leaving my belongings there
As my first experience ever with a storage company, I was very pleased with the entire transaction. When I arrilved a day early, I was given a tour of each unit to choose what would be best for me. Everything was very clean and secure. The staff was friendly and helpful. If needed in the future I was definitely return.

Stress free solution
John Hoburg, manager for the Guardian Storage facility in shadyside and his staff made life so much easier in planning to move my parent out of state. They were knowledgable and so very friendly. I would definitely use them again and refer to all my friends and family. Thanks....
