Pest Problem
Mice ruined our stuff in an indoor climate controlled unit that we paid $300/month for. Thankfully we were insured for 2k of it but there was about 5k worth of damage. They promised to provide a truck for us to move out...didn't arrive. Promised to provide a dumpster for the junk removal company we paid for...wasn't there when the junk guys showed up. Do not recommend.

Exactly what I needed at right price
Helpful friendly owner, super clean facility, plenty of free parking and variable sized storage lockers at a great price. Plenty of room to turn a tracker trailer around.

Bait n switch.
I was given one price but when I went to sign the paperwork the price went up drastically. I won’t be using their storage very long due to this. Also I was promised a truck for free and then later it switched to $20. No thanks

Great in all aspects
John was so helpful and accommodating. We needed a truck on a Sunday. Even though they were closed, he arranged for us to have a one. Very thorough in showing us what to do when moving into our bin since they would be closed.

This storage is much cheaper than other ones I inquired about. For the money, you can't go wrong. One thing I did like is that there are no long-term contracts. Also I can change to a smaller storage at any time. It was very clean and easy to use.
