I had a great experience with the staff. They were very helpful in answering my questions. It is slightly more expensive that I would have liked, but I do feel the price reflects the quality and security of the location.

My experience has been great. The storage were just what I needed and I saved quite a bit of money over another competitor. In addition, I saved the price of a truck rental. Couldn't be happier.

Superb!
The managers at this facility are fantastic ... Excellent customer service, very easy rental process and extremely clean & secure units. I had discovered that I mis-judged the size unit that I needed. When I arrived back at the facility with the loaded truck, it was no problem upgrading to a larger unit. Most, if not all of the units are drive-up, which is a huge convenience for all. I highly recommend this facility for anyone in the area with storage needs. You won't be disappointed.

Great customer service!
I spent very little time checking in, and the entire staff was quite friendly. After unloading my moving truck into my unit, I was having trouble reconnecting a trailer to the moving truck (I had disconnected for easier unloading). One of the staff was making his rounds, and I asked for his help. He graciously assisted, and was quite helpful. I think we can all agree that moving can be stressful, and little annoyances can seem more irritating than they should be. I'm so grateful that the staff was so kind and helpful, so that I could finish the moving process with one less worry.
