Great initial setup, but frustrating arrival
It's a great value for the price as compared to other places in Chapel Hill and Durham. It was very easy to set up on the phone, but once I showed up the next day with movers, my gate code did not work. I waited at the gate for over 20 minutes (with movers being paid by the hour) before I could get someone to answer the phone to open it. The climate controlled building was very clean and new, but the construction around the area made it difficult for the moving truck and movers to get close to the door and had to walk over power cords while moving heavy objects.
