very helpful staff and the price was right
I originally reserved a 10x10 unit but when we were quikly filling in the unit my husband came up to the office and informed me that it was too small, but the front desk staff quikly showed a bigger unit and said there was no problem changing the paper work.It was quik and easy. Thanks
Good except for rental truck experience
Facility did not have its finest hour when I got a call the day before saying the size rental truck that I had reserved wasn't availalbe - directing me to rent a truck from a different location. Annoying. I went to the facility first and rented a bigger truck than I had planned - which was still better than having to go to the second rental truck place. Still, I reserved the truck a few weeks in advance. They should have had the size I wanted.
