The staff at the facility are outstanding. There needs to be a better way of commuicating the online reservation to the facility. They did not have my reservation available to them when I got there. Also if you could make sure to put on the website that paperwork will be necessary to fill out when you arrive on site would also be very helpful. Thanks for your time. Ken Fellenz

Excellent customer service!

I was doing this move by myself, and I just had cervical spine surgery and the managers at the 7th Ave & Dunlap, went out of there way to make everything go smoothly. And I have told a lot of my friends & family what a great place and how wonderful the management that is on site helped me.

Okay when I signed the paperwork the front desk guy was nice but did know the terms of the program that was being offered online

The gentleman at the counter was polite and curtious. The couple managing the place also seem to very nice. Wouldn't change a thing

DO NOT RENT HERE! BAIT & SWITCH! AFTER 3 MONTHS THEY RAISE RENT FOR $25 UNIT TO OVER $90!!!
WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF POSSIBLE! Fraudulent Bait & Switch. Never said anything about upcoming rent change when I checked in, then after 2 months I get a letter saying the rent for the 5 x 10 unit is going up to over $90!!! When I complained they said "You moved in with a promotional rate, we decided that's over now". UNBELIEVABLE!!!!

Great Value and Love the Air Conditioning
I was looking for a place to move things from a previous storage room and have some room for more, but without breaking the bank. I happened to look on sparefoot and found 7th street and dunlap storage. The staff was super helpful got a 10x20 (their biggest unit) on the basement level (5 levels total), for $99 a month. Plus, it's air conditioned....not climate controlled, there is a big difference. The staff will be sure to let you know....temprature never gets above 79 degrees. Elevator and provided carts, make moving items in easier. Would definately recommend at least looking at the facility, I think you'll like it too.

All air-conditioned (!) and feels safe!
The air conditioning is sooo much better than "climate controlled" where I had my things before and they were ruined in the summer humidity. I'm a single woman and it feels very safe because it is so well lit with security cameras all over. The manager, Sal, is friendly, funny and helpful. Really glad I found this place.

Just what I needed
Just had to get my garage back. This place was just what I needed. I can park my car in the garage now. The manager helped me by recommending a smaller unit than I thought I needed, saved me money and everything fit. Thanks.

Fun - Clean and AIR CONDITIONED
I was looking for storage and this was the only one I found that had air conditioning. All the others had climate control which I found out was swamp coolers - yuch! Sal (manager) was funny and helped alot. Got a 10x10 for $99 which was WAY cheaper than the other places
