Great Facility, Ok Customer service
The facility is great always clean. They have a lack of usable carts to move your things to the floor but I got around that.... just took multiple elevator rides. The service is iffy. You have to catch the people in the office on a good day or when they are not preoccupied with work. It wasn't always like this but is now. Most of the time they have a on the premises sign in the door and though it has a time or limit you might have to add an extra ten minutes on to that. Overall the prices are good .

So far, so great!
I had some issues with the staff not wanting to help because he was on lunch break and the only person that could help. I was given a window to move-in that included his lunch break, but was never informed of it. We were paying our movers for every minute over the agreed-upon two hour move, so time was of the essence. Luckily, we were able to get the move done in time, but it was unnecessarily stressful.
Great facility, but warning: $22 "initializing" fee
The place is great. Secure, clean, & friendly customer service. The $22 fee to open a unit did catch us a bit off guard, but since it is only $1 for the first months rent, I suppose it evens out.
Great customer service
We arrived at Safeguard tired from a long move- the manager was courteous, timely, and helped us find a larger unit than we had originally reserved when we realized we needed more space. The storage was clean and unloading was a breeze. Thank you!
