Good place to store
Been renting a unit for more than 3 yrs. Have always had quick and friendly service. Ron and Cathy have been great people to do business with. I plan on to keep renting there for for some time to come.

We have been using peoria mini storage for 3 years and our experience with the office staff has been very professional and courtious, the time it has taken to do any paperwork has been quick and correct every time. We hope to use these services for years to come.

I tell my friends to use Peoria Storage
I have 2 units at Peoria Mini storage and have been a customer for a couple years. They have worked with me to make sure that I have everything I need and that I can access my unit when needed. I found this storage and have kept it even thought I have quite a drive to reach it. The prices are great and the units are very clean and easy to access. I am happy with the service I receive and the way I am treated. I know there are a lot of storage places in Phoenix and I have shopped around. The prices are good and the people are friendly. I am not going anywhere else.

Office lady seemed nice when I rented it and even waited for me until 5:30 to get there after work. After two months turned short with me and after 6 mos. turned nasty when I tried to pay her cash at 4:59 pm on Friday and she said it was 5 p.m. and was closed and closed her cash drawer at 4:30 so I couldn't make a payment anyways. Add to this a hand written note on door that they will be closed all weekend and she expects me to come back to pay on Monday! Not what I call stellar service! Needless to say I found a better deal, nicer facility, 24hr. access, and longer office hours across the street so come Monday she will have lost a tenant!

Owner offered amends after incident and quickly responded to my complaint. Office manager apologized also. Still believe office hours and access hours are shorter than others in area but appreciated the efforts by both parties to correct the situation.

Is everything we expected in a storage place
We have been so impressed with the service at this facility. We broke down in Phoenix and could not wait to continue on to our regular storage place in San Diego, so we flew home and had the repair facility take it to Peoria Storage after we had visited numerous facilities. We had numerous conversations over the last number of months and were very pleased with the service. We picked up our motor coach on the 3rd of January and were happy to find everything had been taken care of as we had been told. We are so impressed that we are seriously considering storing our unit at Peoria instead of San Diego starting next year. You do not do that with a half million dollar rig unless you can trust the facility fully. Cathy has been very good at keeping us informed and will be the reason for using this facility again. Owner immediately corrected mistake!!
The owner was notified within hours of the "Angry in Peoria" review and immediately contacted the customer to correct the situation. Friendly customer service is our policy and it was important to understand and rectify an infraction of that policy as soon as possible. We value each of our customers and appreciate their feedback.
