From the moment I reserved our unit until we went there to get it , it was an awesome experience. I loved the quick reply from my inquiry , it was a great follow up call in which I felt like I was talking to a friend. I immediately felt confident to leave my valuable under their supervision. The rate was a special , so we lucked out.They live on the premise so it is secure and safe. We bought boxes there too even. So far , so good ! and yes I recommend this storage unit with no hesitation. I didn't give it 5 stars because I can't compare it any other experience I have had since it's my first storage unit ever
