I rented a parking space for our boat 100% Customer service .i love the water wash for my boat after i took it out in the bay.

This is the best facility in Pace. I love the different shop in the facility.

I appropriated my storage unit approximately 3 years ago and have had nothing but excellent customer service from Rachel and Gene. I am vacating my unit, due to a job opportunity out of this area and would highly recommend this facility to anybody who has storage needs.

No Communication/Poor Service
I have used the storage for the past year. A few months back they turned off the water (without notice) that people used to wash the motor out on their boat. I had to inquire why they shut off the water to their customers. It was a rather poor excuse that I heard. That was disapointing because it was nice to have a hose in there to wash off the salt water. I lived with that. Then they rased their rates a whopping 30 percent. Their rate for outside storage went from 31 to 42 dollars. They said they sent out a notice. I saw the charge on my credit card and looked over past bills. They had charged me for the past two months. I called and left a message and waited 5 business days before calling them to ask about the charge to my credit card (at the time I didn't realize the rate had increased). They informed me the rate had increased back in August and they "sent a letter to inform me". Well I didn't get a letter and my messages (I left 2) did not get a response. I had to keep calling to finally find out they raised the rate. I don't know if I could have lived with a 30 % increase but raising it without any notice, not returning my calls, and the fact they shut off the water. It left a bad taste in my mouth and I thought I would pass on my experience to others. Stay Away..... By the way I found two other storage facilities for my boat off of Berryhill Rd. 30 dollars a month. I asked if they planned on raising the rates... nope....
