I have been a customer at this location since the first day they opened. Just happened to be their very first customer. The place is clean, the Managers have been pleasant to work with and have always done what they said they would do. I would highly recommend this storage to friends. The current General Manager is Gary Bilderback and him being there for over two years, has always been responsive to my needs. He is very understanding and held himself to the utmost professional standards.

Great place, great price
Made an online reservation for a unit on the second floor. Got a call form manager the next day wanting to confoirm my reservation and to see if we had any other questions. Visited the location and signed the paperwork the same time, that impressed. Didnt need ot see any other facilities. Great security, love the inside bays for unlaoding during any weather.

Super friendly, helpful manager and great convenient space
I had reserved an inside unit online around 11:00pm and was contacted the next morning to set up an appointment to see the space, sign the contract and arrange for codes and keys. The GM Gary met me and took me to see the unit I had "reserved"...I actually didn' t know that I had reserved a specific unit and thought that I would have several to choose from. Gary told me that the my unit had a concrete post in it that took away some of the space, and he offered me a significantly larger unit at the same price. I was thrilled. He was super nice and everything went very smoothly. I would definitely recommend this facility to others...
