Great Customer Service
I made a reservation online, and spoke to Grady. He is very nice and extremely helpful! The next day I arrived and filled out my paperwork with Mitchell, who was kind enough to show me the unit and answer every single question that I had. The building is very clean inside, highly recommend College Park Storage Center!
Great
Convenient, clean. They have carts you can use right behind the sliding doors. Freight elevator takes you up if you're on the second level. Well lit.
Awesome Facility & Experience
I moved in from out of state, and had contacted Grady about moving plans, both storage and U Haul. Grady went out of his way to talk me through the moving/storing process, and setting up my U Haul rental. Once I pulled in, the facility was as represented online, and Grady was welcoming and did everything to make my move in a breeze. I recommend this facility above & beyond the others!

Everything you expect from a storage facility
The first time we arrived at the facility, it was 7:pm and getting dark. FULL trailer and praying we were not locked out for the night. We unloaded went to our hotel and crashed. No worries. College Park is all you need for secure storage
