Personable, Professional amd Perfectly Clean
I reserved one unit for my move from Michigan to Orange, but found that when my belongings arrived, I would require two... Dave was very pleasant and kind and waived the administration fee for the second unit and allowed the on-line special pricing to apply as well!! Maria was very professional and the paperwork was handled quickly and efficiently. She was also very patient in helping me to enter and exit the facility!! The grounds are extremely clean and well manicured. I feel that my belongings are safe and secure and I can visit my units at anytime. I would recommend Vault Storage to anyone who needs to store their valued items in a clean, safe and professional facility!! Awesome!!

Perfect place for me!
The person who assisted me and helped set me up was David. He's so patient and kind and ensured that everything was comfortable for me. I had rented the truck to move my stuff from Beverly Hills and he waited at the office till I got back, even though it was after the deadline time of 5pm and the office had closed. He's the best employee of any storage place I've ever met.

Great location and service.
Extremely clean and secured. Was surprised with their pricing. We looked at 3 other facilities and they were the winners!!!. We are extremely happy with the space we got.

Increadible Service
Vault Storage, truely has a great business practise. I placed my reservation, they had all my paper work readily available upon arrival. Quickly completed the paper work. I then changed my unit, and had to re do the paper work, which again was a very quick and easy process. I needed a larget unit than originally estimated. The TEAM at Vault really made my moving hassle free. Would recommend them to anyone needing storage
