So far so good.
They had to give me two small spaces together, so there is a divider at the entrance to the unit. Makes it hard to get a wider item in.

Seamless Process
I rate services and products on a five scale rating... five means it proactively helps or assists you above the reason you buy it, one means the trouble it causes costs you more than the reason you were trying to solve. I give StorageMart in Olathe a five - Tara was excellent to work with, the facilities are clean and accessible on your own time. I was extremely amazed at how fast the contract signing went. Tara explained everything to me in a concise manner. She made me feel very welcome as a customer and not pressured to buy anything bigger than I actually needed. Excellent service and competitive price. The only recommendation I have is to make the keypad a little higher for taller trucks. Overall however, I'll be keeping my stuff at this place.

Great Service
I was very happy with the service I received at this location. I had one instance with an employee that wasn't very pleasant, but I got a call from the regional director and he fixed everything and was great to work with. I would recommend them because they are great units, but more so because when someone messes up which is bound to happen, they fix it right away and they do everything they can to please the customer. I would use them again and recommend them!
