The office is in dire need of professionalism.
The office was the most unorganized office I've ever come across. I reserved a storage unit via "SpareFoot", had the appointment set up to go in & sign papers & begin the move in. The day I show up, on a Friday, there was a note on the door stating the office was closed due to illness for that day and to following day, being Friday & Saturday. They are closed on Sunday. I was supposed to be moved out of my house by that following Monday. They did have a number posted, but when I called it, the girl had no idea what i was talking about. Therefore, I had to pay an additional $50 per day ($150) for moving out late. Once I FINALLY was able to move in the storage unit, all has been fine... so far.
