Nice Facility Reasonable Rates
The attendant was very helpful & courteous. She walked me over to and showed me what she had available in the sizes I was interested in. We rented a 6x10' storage and she let us know about any specials they were running. The facility is well kept & our space was clean. They even had some supplies I could purchase, such as boxes & locks. Very nice!

I just rented a storage unit here, the staff was great. My storage was clean and it was a good price.

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE & HORRIBLE RATES!!!
I have been renting there for over a year now ( due to not being able to find a decent storage unit anywhere else) and my unit has been broken in to AND my renters fee went from 60.00 a month to 90.00 a month!!!!!!! Every time I go to pay my bill there is no one in the office so I have to mail in my payments and they STILL tac on an extra 20.00 late fee ( thanks to 3 day mail ) I am uncomfortable giving my credit card information to pay on line so that was the only alternative! I will NOT recommend ANYONE to rent from these people!!!

very dirty and spider infested
Very upset. Filthy-dirt, trash, leaves, spiders/webs. Employee Levi cleaned it, but didn't get the ceiling, cracks, edges, corners, leaving dirt, spiders, eggsacs! I'm afraid of bites. Wed 3/30/2011 no power/light. Levi knew this beforehand. Tues 4/5 still none. Admin fee higher than quoted ($18 not $15). He was unable to override. If I'd an alternative, I'd have canceled my business there. I may move my belongings to another facility anyway.
