All of our units are individually alarmed and are on the ground level for easy drive-up access, including wide driveways for easy truck maneuvering. Our facility features computerized electronic gate access and digital camera surveillance, along with well-lit exteriors for high visibility. Our helpful and professional management team will assist you from 9:00AM to 6:00PM, seven days a week. Our gate hours are 7am to 7pm daily with 24-hour Commercial Access. We are conveniently located at: 4600 Thousand Oaks Blvd., in the city of Thousand Oaks, with easy access from the 101 freeway. North Ranch is a proud member of the Thousand Oaks-Westlake Village Chamber of Commerce.
