Great people work there
I call in my payment each month and ALWAYS get great service. My receipt is ready to pick up when I am in the area. The place is clean and well maintained when we go there. Nice, friendly people. .

Nice Facility but it is a bit higher in price that other storage units in the area
I think that I can lower my cost by combining two storage units I rent into into one storage unit? I am actively looking to reduce my $500 plus a month fee or moving to alternative storage facilities. Planning to move out in Spring or early summer.

New manager needs customer relation skills
Twice in the last few months I have been called on a Saturday with a voice message left saying I must call in today to clear up my delinqent accouint or late charges will be applied. When I connected with him on Monday, in both cases it was his error processing my AMEX card and he had already charged a late charge. I hage this so much I will be leaving as soon as I find repalcement space for the two 30 foot units I rent.
