Quick and easy
Reserved a unit online for free. Called by the office the next day to confirm my reservation. Went in to fill out the paperwork and begin payment, and moved in my stuff that same day. Awesome experience;AAA members get a month free, but I wasn’t told about the Amazon gift card at the office that day.

Always open for customers
Having access to your unit is number 1. I use to go to Storage Boss but hours got cut back so much as closed every holiday. If you needed something early or late they were closed. Here 24 hour access

Very friendly and attentive staff. Each person I spoke to was helpful and personable, making the process easy and comfortable. The storage was the best deal I found in the New York area and facility also offers an excellent AAA discount. There was a coded gate and security cameras however exterior fence was questionable.

Secure, friendly and affordable
I booked Lock Around the Clock online with SpareFoot. They called me within an hour of booking to confirm, and I checked in the same afternoon. We walked in about 20 minutes before the office closed, and the owner had concert tickets that night, but he took the time to be professional and thorough in checking me in and ensuring that the security gate code worked. Prices seemed to be a good bit cheaper than others in the area, with no sacrifice in quality. I'm happy all around.
