Worst Experience EVER
Prices are way too expensive for the larger units and heaven help you if you're a day late on payment--$40 fee!! The older couple are sweet as pie before you hand over the money...as soon as they have it in their hands the tone in their voice completely changes and you'd think you've been stealing from them. They are known for leaving in the middle of the day for hours so call ahead if you need to speak with them in person. They have cut my lock and gone through my unit and refused to replace the lock. Also had to review payment schedules several times as they have also tried to tack on $40-50 and later blamed it on "bad math". There are no deals for consistent customers (besides half of rent the first couple months) and ALWAYS GET A RECEIPT from these two!!!! I've come down to actually having one of them sign the print out before i leave just so they can't argue with me about how much i owe. HORRIBLE SERVICE oh, my stuff stayed dry. that's one good thing.
