Excellent Service
I went there already expecting a hassle as my whole move was, but the staff there couldn't have been more friiendly! They even put on a pot of coffee , so that I could have a cup while I filled my paperwork.

Very accomodating Facility!!
The Staff at Lackland went above and beyond for me! I tried to get in before they closed but I was unable to , so they stayed after hours to help me.

The manager and staff are polite, courteous and helpful. The facility is cleaner than some hospitals I've seen. Highest recommendation....great job! Ron

Clean with the Friendliest Customer Service
This place is very clean with the friendliest staff. I have trouble thinking of anything negative.

The women there were extremely helpful coordinating every part of my move, right down to recommending movers.
