Quick Simple No Hassel
Ray is excellent as a representative of the company & at his work.
II was so impressed by your rate when I stumbled into it online.
I wish the rate stayed at $39.00/mo. rather than the slight increase each 4 months, however with the month to month lease rather than a many month or year long commitment it's a perfectly fine situation.
Very Friendly
The manager (Ray) was very helpful and friendly. Ray was upfront and honest about prices and cared about meeting our needs rather than making profit. I would definitely recommend this storage facility.
The Manager was so helpful! This place is perfect for students for the summer. I got a 5 x5 & it was perfect!
Good Experience
I had a very good experience with Simply Storage. I have no complaints or concerns. The staff was helpful in explaining everything and never tried selling more than what I was looking for. Just be sure that you go to the right Simply Storage on Hiawatha, I went to the other one on accident and they tried renting to me even though I had a reservation at the 4325 Hiawatha.
