Clean, convievent and good customer service.
I have visited a number of storage facilities in the greater Richmond area. Mount Vernon has the most amenities. Including a number of rolling carts, wide hallways, roof to park under and attentive employees.
FABULOUS!
Great security. Great lighting. Temp control is spot on. Pull up, unload onto their carts and load into your clean unit. Outgrown your unit > change is easy. Very nice folks to work with. Best storage facility I've ever been in.
The Best Around
Since July 2010 I have had a unit at Mount Vernon Self Storage. In over a year, I have never had a problem. Although the price seems high, it is the closest location I could find. Their security is good enough and it really is clean. I looked at other self storage places, but Mt Vernon is the best one for me.

Best Mini storage in town!
I have used Mount Vernon Self Storage for several years. The facility is clean, secure, convenient; the personnel are very helpful. This is the best storage facility I have ever used, and I have used many of them. I highly recommend Mount Vernon Sedlf-Storage!!!!!!!!!!!

Nice Storage Place
This is a clean and well maintained storage place. I know my items are safe at Mount Vernon. I had a friend who used this storage and that was one reason I chose it. The price is reasonable and the service is good.

Very secure, clean facility. Run like clockwork. No complaints. Recommend every chance I get.
I've used them twice for extended periods of time and it's been a very good experience both times.
