My original review must now be updated with my actual experience after moving in, within a few days of the original date and over the past 1 1/2 weeks. I was told that there would always be at least 1 four-weel cart available in the elevator area 24 hours a day per building, but when I came back after initial move-in, there were none to be found in any of 3 of 4 bldgs checked--on 3 difft days!!! The hallway was cluttered with garbage and furnishings from some unit on the day I moved in and I had to work around such, as I moved my things in after hours and no staff were on duty. Two days later and again, 4 days later--the same garbage and clutter were still there and I ended up moving it myself, so I could wheel my things in!!!! Totally unacceptable! Also, each time I came to the facility, at least one of the two security gates were standing open--yet there were no other vehicles or users on the premises!!!! After I entered in my passcodes, they did close, but there was clearly no security for extended lengths of time on every occasion I visited the space after hours. Finally, I am paying for a climate controlled unit and that area has no climate contral (unit one) to speak of, as I discovered--just walking down the hallway of 2nd floor, it was hot and humid enough to drench me, yet when I went to bldg 3, I found that the same 2d floor climate controlled space had nice AC running!! Total ripoff. So, the deal to get me to try them out, 2 mos for one, was a come-on for totally inadequate space in terms of cleanliness, security and climate control!!! I later complained to the facility manager and he said he'd "look into it", yet never had to courtesy to follow up with any phone call, email, etc. to let me know if any of my concerns were rectified. I DO NOT RECOMMEND

I rented a 5 x 10 unit at StoragePros of Middletown, RI after finding it via SpareFoot online. I'd already looked into climate controlled units at other facilities nearby, but their price was the best and service was very good, as well. Highly recommend.
