Best Storage Facility and Staff
I happen to be a tenant here at Galleria Self Storage for personal belongings from my home for 2 yrs. I also attended the day of auction when S.L.C. came in at 10:50 am and delay the auction by 30 minutes. This woman must think the world owes her something. Brigitte and John went above and beyond that morning for her. If she felt embarrased by what they had to tell her, she should look in the mirror and consider it self inflicted. I know mgt. calls 2-3 times each week if payment is not made. This woman had plenty of time to try to work out payments. If she was embarrased that morning, it was her own fault for not coming in sooner without other's being there. And Brigitte and John were not loud at all, and I could hear them reading her the entire form so she knew what was expected. Not only am I a tenant, but I bid at auctions. Brigitte and her mgr. gave this woman extra time at the expense of all the bidders. If she owed 2-3 months payment on a car, guess what lady, they will be at your door towing your car away. So what makes her think she is in her rights to owe, and claim anyone was unsympathetic. She created the whole mess. I just want to say my friends Brigitte, and John have been there to always help, and you can't find a cleaner facility than here.

Immaculate facility, helpful staff
I have had opportunity recently of securing SEVERAL units both temp and non-temp controlled units. "Build it and they will come - but they bring a lot of stuff with them". First they offer the widest variety of sizes in both types and they are immaculate. I feel safe coming and going at any time. They have staff available to assist with any questions and supplies (always forget the key and need a new lock!). I have had to really rush requests and Brigitte has worked feveriously to prepare paperwork so I can process it through our company for proper downpayment checks, etc. One last note - their convenient location to Rt 17 (future 86), I 84 and the local offices is a real bonus - easy to get to for document retrieval. I can only give the highest reference for the company and their on-site representatives of Brigitte and John.

I have been a tenant at the Galleria Self Storage for the past 4 years. Brigitte has been more than helpful, courteous and very professional with my needs for storage. The facility is very clean and security is the best! I would highly recommend this facility to everyone. Brigitte is the Best!!!!!!

Humiliated By Mgmt
I first started out with a good relationship with theses people. Then I became unemployed as did my husband. We didn't have two nickles to rub together. We explained and begged and still out things werre almost auctioned. I sat and waited for a payment to be made by my sister as people literally salavated over the units waiting to be purchased. The mgr. Brigette and her assistant John spoke about my business loudly for everyone around me to hear and embarrassed me to the fullest as if my situation isn't bad enough. Not saying my issue is their problem but there is no compassion and now I see that all the kindness they pretended to have from the beginning was puches aside as they used our situation as a side show for potential buyers. Shame on them. Fake fake fake! Where are all the real people? Our whole life is in that storage and our kids lives. Everything else we have is gone.
