REFRESHING!
I can't find the words to describe my experience, maybe (refreshing) Most times I find customer service is a thing of the past, but certainly not at this U -Store It. Customer Service is what it is all about! I am forever grateful for kindness I received.

It was just wonderful!
I want to share the details of my renting experience with the U -Store It Engle Rd Middleburg Hts, Ohio office. It was just wonderful! I had to rent 2 separate units within 2 months of each other. One due to my Fathers illness and one due to my sisters moving. Each time I was nervous and upset about the circumstances. Both times Carole helped me rent my units. She is so kind and helpful. I believe she went way beyond her job title helping me. She has a calming gift and made me feel OK.

The facilities (storage units), grounds and office are always clean and attractive.

I have been working with Carol to increase the number of storage units Zin Technologies needs due to expansion. Carol has been very accommodating. She understands our needs and tries to be as helpful as possible. I have spoken to Carol and Rondae several times and I am always impressed with their customer service skills. Rondae absolutely went the extra mile for us - we needed space and a truck and she was so accommodating - we arrived at the last minute and she still was very gracious and we were able to obtain everything we needed. Will not hesitate to recommend and use again!

The Management Team at the Middleburg Heights, Ohio facility are very professional and hard working. They keep the property very clean & orderly. They have gone out of their way for my parking needs when there is severe weather several times to keep my truck accessible. This is extremely important to my business of selling Little Debbie Snack Cakes. Also, when they see my truck coming, they will open the gate for me. This has never happened before in my 19 years.
