New Bldg
Very nice facilities, a little hot, but is Miami. There was a rep cleaning the building even on sunday, desk attendance very courteous and helpful.

Great Inexpensive place!
I needed a storage place to hold my dorm stuff over the summer that wasn't going to cost $100+. I found StorageMart on this site and I'm so glad I did. It was less expensive for the unit than advertised on this site (the 4x4 is actually $20 a month not 40). The store attendant had me look at the unit before I purchased it (he insisted this on his own) and answered all of my questions. I will definitely use StorageMart again and recommend it to everyone. I didn't give it 5 stars only because I want to get my things back to ensure it deserves such a high rating, but I don't think I will be disappointed in August.
