I have to say I am shocked I was showing this web site to a friend that is looking for a storage unit to rent and I came apon this this posting from Chery orchrd. I drive 25 miles to go to Freedom Storage because I know my house hold items will be takin care of. i have never experianced anything but helpfull, nice, and caring employees since I moved in March 2011. I will not go anywhere else even if I have to drive a little while to get there. Pretty sad how someone can write such terrable things about great employees. God Bless You Freedom Storage you have mad my life much easier.

my unit
I have been up for action 2 times and now that they do not go into the units at all with my past experince freedom storage they have help me to get my unit cought up so i did not loose my belongings. They truley care about us as people not only TENANTS or CUSTOMERS. So for someone to put such a negative responce is a JOKE...

Great Service and facility
A colleague of mine was searching for a storage facility and I recommended to him Freedom Storage on Main Street in Mesa. Noelle was very helpful in setting up and explaining how things work and where things are. I have never once had a bad experience there in regards to locks being cut in the wrong way nor have I known of any damage caused by them on any of the units that have been auctioned. The service by Noelle has always been top notch. I would recommend this facility again and again.

Very well taken care of
I am not very computer savvy, but wanted to make sure someone knows how my husband and I feel about service received since Noelle has been put in the Manager position at Freedom Storage in Mesa on Main Street. We have a Travel Trailer and have stored it (when not using it) at Freedom Storage in Mesa on Main Street. We have dealt with Freedom Storage in Mesa for several years. We have also dealt with several different incompetent managers. My husband and I believe we have received the best customer service since Noelle was put in the Manager position. She is always in a good mood and seems happy see us and is very friendly and professional when we come in to this location. My husband was a professional person and engineer in sales for a semiconductor company for years when we lived in California. I was also in sales and was a customer service representative for years. We both feel customer service is one of the best qualities needed for a successful business. We also feel it is important to show how much a person is appreciated and what a good job they are doing. I’m not quite sure who sees these e-mails, but, if it is only Noelle, please forward it to whomever is your supervisor or the owner of the corporate business. My husband and I also believe when some is doing a good job their superiors need to be aware. Thank you for listening and have a good weekend. He seemed like a nice young man.

EITHER MESA POLICE OR THIEFS!!
THEY KEPT CUTTING OFF MY LOCKS AND ADDING CHARGES AS IF THEY WERE GETTING READY TO AUCTION IT OFF AS SOON AS I WAS A FEW DAYS LATE! WHEN I WANTED INTO MY UNIT THEY WERE UNABLE TO LET ME IN, AND I WOULD NEED TO GET A NEW LOCK . LOCKS ARE ONLY TO BE CUT OFF THE DAY OF AUCTION OR IN FRONT OF A COMPANY THAT RECORDS AND DOCUMENTS ACTUAL ACT. THEY CAN PUT THEIR LOCK ON IN ADDITION TO MINE BUT NOT INSTEAD OF MINE.THEY WENT INTO UNIT AND BROKE ITEMS.

My Mom rented a storage from the Manager last week and her husband help my mom unload her stuff she could not lift it so he did it all for her his name is Travis. I dont think any other place would do something like that. And the lady in the office really cares about her customers. Best place ever i will tell all my firends. Thank you Freedom Storage for caring so much.
