Price
To get into to this place was very fast and friendly. However my $79.99 storage ends up being $100.79.So read and be careful of all hidden charges.u r charged for not paying 10 b4 due date $15 And Ins. Which I don't need.

A hassle and not priced as advertised
Hassle to get the keys, took several days even though they advertised that the mgr would be flexible. Hard to get. Alls returned and the unit was $10/ more than advertised.

It is an easy to get to place. Open every time.
The manager is quite friendly, knows the process and handles customer service quite well.
Working late, i find the fact they're open 24 hrs (in a row) quite helpful.

i have no complaints to date. The so called creepy dude with the dog is not a problem. my unit is just about 75 ft from his.
just happy im able to get in my storage unit 24 hrs a day. makes life a little easier.

The units are just like many others. The area is clean, but there were a lot of hidden fees once I got in the office. While it is handy I would not go out of my way to use it.

Great customer service-got what we needed!
They really helped me get what I needed for my sister (as by the time she actually needed it, the size of storage she needed had changed)--and they helped her to save money which was a blessing to her at this difficult time in her life! It's great to know that in this modern age of faceless online service, there are real customer service agents for hometown type service!!
