Needed to be moved in ASAP
The lady was absolutely wonderful! She was already done for the day and came back up to the office to get my storage rented to me . It was a last minute deal and she made it 100 possible and it wasn’t a burden!

Ugh..,
Not easy trying to pay the bill.. it’s driving me crazy.. need to find a easier way to pay our bill. We don’t live in town and it’s not easy to getting over there to pay our bill

Clean and very accessible
The storages are fairly new. The units were clean and have 24hr access! The staff had all my paperwork and even showed the unit to me within 15min. It was a easy experience compared to other units I have been to.

New facility. Friendly employee. Easy check in process.
Although part of the facility was built a few years back, they recently doubled the size of the storage facility and we are actually the first ones to occupy our storage unit. The receptionist was super nice and even took us to show us our unit and made sure our code worked on the drive up security keypad. Looking forward to working with the company during the months we store there.

Great facility and staff, love the 24 hour access
This is a great storage facility, super new, very clean and very friendly owners. Very secure and 24 hour access, a must as far as I'm concerned when it comes to storage. The prices are fantastic and I literally don't have one thing to complain about. Glad I found this place.

I liked when I called there was a operator that set up for the Barbara at west storage to call me. Was very impressed on how quickly she got back to me. She held the only Size that I wanted for me the next morning. She was very friendly and was helpful with how to get in.
