Very positive experience
After some internet research, I reserved a storage space through SpareFoot for the Simply Storage / Fields Ertel, Mason, OH, location. Reserving was easy and simple. Within 20 minutes, someone from the office called me to confirm the reservation and to thank me for making it. They reaffirmed the location hours. I made an appointment to complete the rental agreement. Office staff was friendly an efficient. Rental spaces and the entire facility was clean and neat. Gate hours have good time ranges. Each building has at least 1 moving dolly with a handle for moving things in and out. Very positive experience
