I reserved a space at a different storage place and when i went to get the unit they said the price was over $20.00 more than what they quoted me for additional 'fees'. Called Ryan, was promised an exact amount with nothing extra. I liked the honesty. They are not air conditioned unit but that was ok for me.

Finally after searching for a storage space and calling so many places I found AAA. The person i spoke with helped me find what I needed and made it simple, especially for me since I never stored anything before. Do not bother calling around to other places, they are too expensive and only care about getting your money!

The storage was perfect size for my things! I did a lot of price checking and this place is by far the best value and best customer service in town. The manager obviously cared about me and my property. A++

The manager there was very nice, and helpful. Since I have never used storage before he walked me through everything I needed to do to keep my stuff safe since i will be out of the area for a long time.

I rented from AAA after seeing their prices, but i didn't realize what great service i'd get for that price! Ryan is the most helpful manager i've ever dealt with, and the property is huge so even with my 24 foot trailer I didn't have any problems. Thanks!

The facility looks nothing like it did in the pictures I saw. I would never rent in the smaller units. The facility is in what appears to be a scary part of town. The larger units are across the railroad tracks and the manager stays on the property. He seems to really know his business and appears watchful so I didn't worry as much but had I seen this facility ahead of time I would have never rented there.
