It is a unique, older facility with ground level, drive-up units only, and the doors are made of wood. This customer was obviously expecting something more modern and was looking for a climate controlled storage. When this facility was constructed there were no climate controlled units, and it was designed to fit the needs at that time. This is the safest facility in Hollywood, the most unique, and without high visibility, maintains a strong occupancy of returning clients. No one lives in the units, as we do not allow such activity. With respect to the driveways, they were designed to accommodate the trucks of that day, and cannot be reconstructed without leveling the facility. It is unfortunate, with the choices available today, that someone would choose to rent at a storage facility which was so different from their needs, and then feel the need to criticize. I trust, based on the remarks made, that the customer service and price were satisfactory, if not superior to any other local facility.
