It was a plesant experience the customer services rep were very kind and helpful i would recomend this self storage to every one.

I chose this facility because of the numerous positive comments about an employee named, "Deborah." I agree with the others, she provides great service. She was so friendly!

Clean & Secure, and Friendly and Professional
The place is clean and secure, and easy parking and close dollies make loading easy. The real Plus here is Manager Deborah - She is always friendly and willing to help - No computer access the day I moved it (temporary) - but she got it done on the phone, and quickly. Great Place.

Great Customer Services AWFUL prices
After being there almost two years I've had my rental rates raised three times, but Ms Deborah keeps me sane or I would have gone with another facility after the last increase. She welcomes everyone with a smile and cheerful greeting you feel like family.

Love it!
Overall building and units are decent but what makes them stand out is the service. Once you get into the lobby you'll be greet by two lovely ladies Deborah and Adrian (I love the way she rolls btw!) they'll threat you like family which you don't get it at other storage place. So yeah I love it!

Best Storage Ever
The facilities are clean and well maintained, but what makes the StorQuest on Slauson so special is the customer service! Ms Deborha is a cut above and is always willing to go the extra mile. I have seen her when the facility was quiet and when things are hoppin' and she always delivers the same professionalism, and with a sunny disposition to boot. I have referred both friends and family, and they all agree with me.
