Great Experience
Professional and very helpful staff. I really felt like they valued me as a customer. They worked hard to ensure that my move in and my move out went smoothly. They went the extra mile to help me when I moved in since my moving truck had to be towed in since it had broken down. Shylo provided as much help as she could and lended me a dolly since the towing and moving trucks could not fit down the driveways. Also when I moved out, she made the paperwork very easy to fill out. Both her and Hector were exremely pleasant people that were warm and always had a smile on their face. I couldnt have picked a better place to go. Oh! and my stuff was always fine and i felt it was very safe.

Too expensive!
I have stored my tools at this location for 25 years. I am not happy that since it has become storquest the storage fees have gone up every year. I am now paying almost $700.00 a month for what once cost me under $500.00 just a few years ago. The economy has gotten worse and storage fees have gone up when they should have come down.

It works for me.
I didn't understand the pricing. If I knew that it important to have in it paid days of the first of the month instead of the appointed date I would have paid that day. Everything else is good.

so far so good but...
I am not a storage expert, and I actually have to go there frequently to get things for work. My only problems are the hours are not late enough..only open until 9..and at 8 it is purely dark..could barely find my unit in the hallways. No trashcans anywhere either. I do like the place and it is easy access off the freeway. I would recommend it but do not go at night if you are a woman alone.

Dear Valued StorQuest Customer, Thank you for your feedback! Previously, our access hours were only till 6pm but, from feedback we received from different customers, we changed our access hours to 9pm to help customer access their units with ease. If you would like to speak with the property manager, Shylo Byard, on occasion and if approved, we can extend your access hours to help accommodate your storage needs.

Also, I'm very sorry that you had difficulty finding your unit in the hallway because it was dark. The lights in the stairwell are always on as a courtesy, however the hall lights are on manual timers. Please stop by the office next time you are on-site and our staff would be more than happy to walk through with you and show you where these are located.
