Very rude lady at front desk.
I can't wait to get my stuff out. I think her name was "amber" and she humilated me in front of a few other customers for being a little behind, times are tough and why is she complaining as shes getting late fees tacked on? I had no problem with fees but my finacial situation did not need to be broadcast, so rude, and insensitive. will not be recommeding this faclity to anyone.

It's ok
Luis was super helpful and nice. But there are a lot of sketchy people coming in and out of the gates that made me a little uneasy. Wish the elevator was faster and not so time consuming to use.

New manager makes storage here the best choice in town
I must say that Luis, the manager, has made a deep impression on me when it comes to proper customer service and value of product when it comes to storage of my stuff. `Its not often that a storage personel would seem to really care, I know at the big name place they dont care at all about you. That was Public Storage. This is Storquest and its the great friendly service that will keep me forever as a customer and supporter. As for the cleanliness of this facility I think someone could walk the area a bit more often and pick up small scraps that fall from boxes.
