Reasonably Priced and Great Customer Service
The pricing at StorageMart is very reasonable and the facility is very clean. Craig and Nick were absolutely superb gents to work with. I got a great tour of the facility feel they are very customer focused. I appreciated their customer service skills!

Great Experience
This was my first time using a storage and I must say it was simple and easy... The only part I don't like is the reservation. If I reserve a unit it should be just that reserved. The fact that I had to put money down and I couldn't do it online really irritated me. Please work on giving us the option to reserve and pay online!!!

Over priced & outdated facility
This storage unit is overpriced comparatively & the building is pretty outdated compared to its local competitors. It also does not offer promotions to keep/ reward customers and has had issues with their front gate & gaining access.

We moved our stuff in this weekend. It was very easy given the facility is clean & has carts as well as an elevator. The facility has been very helpful in answering any questions we have. We are very please with our service here and look forward to storing our items here for awhile!

Friendly owner, clean, fair price.
Craig, the owner, was very friendly. Gave us a tour. Didn't pressure us into anything. Pricing is fair. Must have insurance for unit (insurance available through Storage Mart). Clean facility. Seems secure.

StorageMart made moving in easy.
Great experience! Craig the manager was extremely helpful and patient throughout the rental and move process. StorageMart is very clean with 2 easy access indoor loading/unloading areas. I would highly recommend.

Super Value for climate controlled
Best price for climate controlled storage. Unit and loading areas are clean. But only ONE elevator to go to 2nd floor. Need more elevators and more carts. Only few carts available.

The place has good pricing but when they called and reserved the unit for me the price was different then listed. They would not give me the same unit for this price. Would have to move somewhere in the back of the facility. The garage door also takes forever to Close, anyone could sneak in.

The manager is unbelievably thoughtful and helpful. He confirmed my reservation, recommended movers to help unload the truck, and provided directions as I was moving from out of town.

My wife did the paperwork quickly and we were there evening. Unload was fast. plenty of parking spots and maneuvering space for u-haul trucks. nice carpeted hallways at the storage areas!
