Don't go there.
It is June 2011. In November 2010 I was locked out of my unit because the manager admittedly forgot to remove the lock upon my renting the unit. This cost me my morning and $120 extra labor as me and my helpers stood around from 7am to 9:30am Sunday waiting for the barely competent help to show up. The manager lives there but was not there at the time. So, I moved out of state and made call after call after call. Upwards of 10 to 15 or more of them over many weeks before I got a return call from the manager
