Clean & convenient
Office staff was nice and very helpful. Storage is inside-very clean, don't have to worry about lock rusting in rain. Convenient to my house and the price is right!

Great Price, but needs organization
We got a terrific price, but when it came time to check in there was quite a bit of confusion. The paperwork took a bit and when we finally got our unit, it was already taken. We had to go back in a refill everything out (along with correcting some personal information). When we got our choice of units, we couldn't find one of them and the front girl didn't know where it was either. Even though there were organizational problems, the girl at the front desk was very nice.

Clean facility.
The units are clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. When I drove up there was a sign stating the same type unit I rented was a lower price. Because I reserved mine online, I paid more. I also reserved an outside access unit I had to go through two doors and down a hallway. They did allow me to borrow an appliance dolly free of charge.
