Our Story
The gentleman at the facility is a fill in. He is amazing. When we got there, after he gave me wonderful directions because I am new to the area and had no idea where I was going, we realized our 4 by 12 was going to be entirely too small. He was able to get us into a unit doubled in size for relatively close to what we were supposed to be paying for the smaller unit. When I had reserved the unit (4 by 12), the lady on the phone told me what size would best fit my needs, believing her, she was wrong =) So, I have to say the customer service we received was amazing, the place was well maintained, clean (even the restroom was clean, which surprised me!). I still have items in storage there and am very pleased with the outcome.
