Perfect for me
I needed a place to store things while I'm cleaning out my house. The price was right & it's close to me. The staff is friendly & helpful. They even suggested someone that would help move the heavy stuff at a reasonable rate. All around pleasant experience.

The women who work these units are awesome!! Excellent customer service and willing to go the extra mile to make sure you are happy and satisfied with your space. It was a somewhat rocky road getting here, but they made it smooth and seamless in the end. Ladies, thank you SOOOO much for all of your help and assistance. I wouldn't have made it through this without you!!

Awesome Customer Service!!
After having a horrible experience with Green River storage, I called storage.com and asked for another storage facility. They found Big 7 and made me a reservation immediately. Not even 10 minutes after the reservation someone from Big 7 called me to confirm and he was really nice! I relocated from Georgia to Texas and I was realizing that I wasn't going to make it by 3pm, so I called Rhonda at the office and she went above and beyond to help me out. She gave me her personal number and told me to call her when I arrived and she would come up to the storage to let聽me in. I was two hours late and arrived at 4:45. Rhonda was there waiting for me! She was the sweetest most professional person ever. She greeted my whole family and drove me around to the storage unit and made sure i was ok. I can't say enough about Rhonda!!

Happy with service
I had a big problem. I had a collapsible boat with a 12 foot mast. I did my geometry calculations and I could fit it in a locker that was a 10 foot with a 10 foot ceiling. When I got to a competitor I found out that "approximate" meant more than a foot short of the 10 foot mark. I went with the only 5 X 15 foot nearby with Big 7. And their 15 foot was 15 foot.
Happy that they saved me money with sparefoot, happy they charge from day of rental to the same day next month, and happy that the first month rent was only $21.

We were pleased overall with the service provided by the storage facility staff.
The storage facility at which we reserved a unit did not have the unit we needed (5x5 outside access), so the proprietor sent us to the 825 Hwy 3 facility which was able to accomodate us. They were very friendly and helpful there and we were able to move in right away.
