This was my 1st experiene in renting a storage unit and both the operator who made my reservation and the clerk on premises were very knowledgeable, polite, accomodating and made the process apiece of cake.

Great staff, other than the manager who didn't even acknowledge me or the guest waiting behind me as the guy at the desk was slammed the manager just sat there! (I think his name badge might've even said director.)
