Your front desk person was very pleasant! She knew her business and yet she had an inviting personality that made us STAY. We felt comfortable and well educated with not only your facility but the difference between your company and your competitors. She did not try to "out sale" or "over sale" your business which was amazing to not see but then when she started to share of what you offer opposed to others, she made it so convincing we could not turn away. She had made us feel welcome and to me, customer service is an absolute NECESSITY!!! You did an awesome job with hiring Faby. She knows her business & works well with customers!!

Prices are great, but it kind of sinks like cat urine through the walk ways
Good facility with great price. A real value. And the facility is operated by nice people, making the experience even better.
LOVE the service great people working there. all the units are climate control so money saver there!!! i would always use this company.
The staff is wonderfully customer service oriented. They have dollies and flat beds at the facility for you to use, but only during office hours (due to some untrustworthy people). The corridors can be difficult to navigate with some bigger pieces, but that would be my only complaint. Great place at a great price.
Great facility and pricing. Staff is very helpful. Limited access hours unless you pay an additional $10.00 charge for 24/7. I would recommend this storage facility.
nice looking place
Wish the carts were available after 6pm. Issues giving me the discount, I did make sure it's listed on the contract so when they get their computer working I still have proof.
